At Eddie's Hang-Up Display Ltd, we strive to ensure your retail displays meet your exact needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our warehouse.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, components, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated returns department.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the items for resale condition and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
