What is your return policy for store fixtures?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom orders and certain clearance items are final sale.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Absolutely. Customers can select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout to collect their orders directly from our Vancouver, Edmonton, or Toronto distribution centers.
Do you provide assembly services for display cases?
While many of our products are designed for easy DIY assembly, we can recommend professional installation services for complex glass display cases and heavy-duty shelving units.
